i was so excited to see this finally come out. the august issue of creating keepsakes. featuring my studio in the "creative spaces" article. i worked on this a few months ago and spent a ton of time on it. it was hard to keep it a secret. and friday morning, i made the entire family come with me to hunt down a copy of it.
i will share more on it another day. but for now, i did upload some more recent photos into the "my studio" album on the sidebar. fun to see how i've changed things over the last few years. and this shot wasn't in the article, but it's one of my favorites.
Love your studio! Can't wait for my Aug issue to arrive in the mail! :-)

Can't wait to get my issue! How do you label your scrapbooks? I think you have some sort of circle label on them but I haven't seen any close up pictures to tell for sure.

Congratulations Laura - so happy for you. I haven't gotten Creating Keepsakes in a long time, but picked it up last month and loved it. They have done a nice job keeping it up to date....in particular love the sketches that I can pull out!

I've always admired your scrap room- now others will get a chance to see it and wish they had one too. I let my subscription lapse so i will have to get this issue. Congrats on being in the August issue!

so awesome :) both that you were published in CK with an article, and that you have a cool space! lol...and the embroidery floss! I just found my stash in a decorative box about a month ago, I obviously haven't used any in about 8 years!
