today, on the bella blvd blog, we are featuring some projects that focus on the new sophisticates chipboard elements. one of my cards made it into the lineup for the day.
this card started with the stars. there are two of them there. i just layered the green one on top of the orange and white one. worked out perfectly, that they fit together perfectly. so when i went to pull out papers and extras, i decided to go with blue, green, orange, and brown color scheme. once i started assembling everything, i knew it would make for a great masculine card.
i added the chipboard "Dad" letters from the family words chipboard set, and then used high five letter stickers in green and orange, to pull in the colors from the rest of my card.
a fun little football flag adds a nice masculine touch to the card, that i think any dad would love to receive!

What a great card! I'm sure Joe will love it. My Joe loves when I give him handmade cards, which I need to do since it's his birthday this weekend. ;)
