CHA Winter 2014 is just days away! I know Stephanie and the rest of her Bella team is really excited to leave their freezing cold homes and make their way out here to a much warmer Anaheim, California. This is the second year in a row that I'm not going to the Winter show, and I will really miss not getting to see everyone again. There's just too much going on here at home, and it's all stuff that I'm not willing to miss out on. So, being that it's almost show time, we're finally ready to reveal the new collections over on the Bella Blvd blog! There are 4 new collections, which we will be sharing through out the rest of the week, along with a special feature on Saturday. First up is the Max collection!
Max is seriously cool. He’s too old for toys, but totally interested in his new guitar and creating the perfect playlist to jam to. Instead of focusing on his homework Max dreams of being a rock star, going hunting with his friends someday, & even beginning high school with all the pretty girls. Chill out with Max from Bella Blvd.
Here's a quick look at the collection, along with our current Bella embellishments that coordinate perfectly. To see the entire collection, piece by piece, you'll have to head over to the Bella Blvd blog, where we're giving you a close look at everything.
If I had to pick a favorite piece from the collection, it would be the new Treasures&Text sticker sheet. For fans of the previous Alpha+Bits sticker sheets, I think you'll love this newly designed sticker sheet as well. It's got an all new font, along with border stickers, icon stickers, and lots of little phrase and word stickers.
I lucked out and get to share one of my layouts with you today, since it's the one that's featured on the blog along with the reveal. While this collection is definitely geared towards the slightly older boys, it can still be easily used for younger ones as well.
I chose these photos of Nikolas, one of my previous daycare kids, from when he came to visit me about 2 years ago. He's one of my go-to boys for scrapping, because he's so stinkin cute!
The dark blue star pattern is actually a 4x6 card from the new Candid Cards package. I ended up adding a small strip of white grid patterned paper along the bottom of the card so that my alpha stickers would stand out.
One of the new products you'll find with each collection is a package of Candid Cards. It's filled with double sided cards in a few popular sizes. You get three 4x6 cards, nine 3x4 cards, and nine 2x2 cards. The fronts of the cards have fun images, sayings, quotes. While the backsides have everyday tone-on-tone patterns, such as the diagonal stripe you see on the yellow card above.
We are also doing a win-it-before-you-can-buy-it giveaway, where you can get in on a chance to win the entire Max collection before it hits the stores. You'll have to stop by the Bella Blvd blog and leave a comment to be entered to win, so make sure you do that today!
