Have you had a chance to order a copy of the new CardMaps 4 yet? It began shipping out last week and I got my copies earlier this week. It's a gorgeous issue, filled with over 80 cards, 60 new sketches, lots of step-by-step tutorials, and even access to exclusive cut files.
Also, did you all know that tomorrow, Saturday, May 3rd, is National Scrapbook Day? I'll be back here tomorrow, sharing a layout that I created for our National Scrapbook Day celebration on the Scrapbook & Cards Today blog. The festivities begin at 8:00am EST, with hourly posts all the way through 11:00pm EST. That means 16 different posts, with 16 different projects from 16 different designers, and 16 different giveaways! Make sure and stop by throughout the day.
I thought I would share a card based off one of the sketches found within this issue. You won't find this card inside the issue, as I had actually created two cards for one of my assignments. I wasnt quite convinced my first card was working out, so I created this one as a back up option. Turns out, my first card worked perfectly, so this was an extra one. All the product used on this card is from Pebbles.
