a quick and super simple card, from my jillibean soup projects this past month.
i've been super busy this past week, working on projects and assignments. some magazine stuff, and a lot of CHA stuff. and i have a ton to get done in the next week. so i'm a little weak on the blogging right now. add to it the fact that i have no projects to share, and i feel like it's getting boring around this joint. so i thought i'd open up the floor for a question and answer session. i might not be able to come up with a meaningful and thought out blog post. but i can always answer some questions. that's easy enough. first, let me start with the questions you should NOT ask me ;)
can you show us your completed project 365 album? can you show us the start of your project life album?
don't ask me these. lol! i havn't completed my project 365 yet, although it's looking really good. and i havn't done anything with my project life kit, except assemble it all together. i had to put these two projects aside for a few days. i would love to do a post about some tips and my thoughts on doing this project. but if i tell you i'll do it, then i probably won't. so by me telling you that i can't do it right now, it might just mean that i'll actually surprise you and get it done. that's sort of how i roll. lol!
actually, i guess that's the only question that you can't ask me. or the main one i was thinking about anyways. i know i get questions a lot, and i do answer them all by email. but that doesn't help the rest of you, that might have the same questions and are sitting around waiting for me to talk about it. so, now's your chance. i'll do my best to answer. not tomorrow, since i'll be working on something else. but wednesday, i promise.
What's you sign LOL no seriously no questions from me just wanted to tell you I love when you share photoshop info like your collage post mainly because you take the guess work out of it for me. Hope the next few days are not too crazy busy for you.

Do you actually find time to sleep? LOL! You seem to always be scrapping up a storm - do you ever get to a point when it feels like a chore and not enjoy it?
Love your photography tips and photoshop lessons.
Hope you find a bit of time to put your feet up and relax soon! ;)

Love your work and checking out your blog.
Which do you like doing more making layouts or cards? Which did you start first?
What and when was your first published article?
Ok it's more than one question but they are short ones!!!

No questions, just figured you were super busy with CHA stuff...I'm sure it will all be worth the wait!

I would love to know the process you went through to get published and start designing for these great companies. It's kind of a dream of mine to get to that level.
But please, get your work done before you feel like you have to answer any questions! I hope that it goes quickly for you-- but that you enjoy it while you're working!!!

Laura
Nice job on the card:)
Question: How do you sort the items out of your storage? Things like paper, books ect.
Where do you find the best price on your albums? Three ring style.
All the blogs are dry right now with CHA due dates. I totally understand how busy everyone is and enjoy the wait. It makes me work harder on my projects. I have kited 70 cards for my retreat this weekend.
Layouts I have zero finished.
Blessings

Edit my question above to, how do you get sort out your, do not want items?
Sorry...I know how you sort and store your items. Just not how you decide the ones to keep or toss out.
Not enough coffee today...LOL

oh my- a Q&A forum from my FAV deisgner..boy Laura you sure can make a Pennsylvania girl smile...ha!
Let's see:
Do you consider youeself a chronological scrapper or just go with the roll. I do know you file completed LO's per year correct?
I know it would be hard to list your FAV designer, but how is in the top 3 or top 5?
When you scrap, do you sit or stand? ha!
Do you scrap most in the morning or nite?
And so that this Q&A isn't all scrappy, what is the scrariest thing you have ever done?
Love you blog, love your work,,and you already know all of that...Thanks for the inspiration and all the fun! Answer when ever you can..HUGS!

I love all of the blogs about your ideas. Do you go by a kit or do you just make it up as you go along?
I hope that you will get everything done.
Have a great day!

Love your card Laura. My question: do you have to submit your cards to Cards magazine each month to get published or do you have a sort of standing contract with them? Just wonder how all of this works.
Thanks! And I hope you can get some rest/relaxing time soon!

Laura,
If you weren't doing page layouts for work would you still be a scrapper? Just curious.
btw I absolutely love everything you do. Your by far my favorite scrapbooker.

When do you find time to scrap with your busy life? A set aside time or just moments here and there? Also, since you are doing so much right now in the way of DT work and the dream team, do it take the pleasure out of scrappin since you have to work under a lot of deadlines?

Cute card!
Are you going to CHA?
Plan on teaching any other classes?
And really . . . do you have time to cook? Though I know you scrap wee into the night :)

man! someone beat me to it!
do you get to go to CHA?!!
Thanks for inspiring me to be patient, laying out a project and letting it sit until I get the chance to work on it...it's helped my anxiety level this past week! :)

Thanks for sharing your crafty projects...I'm addicting to blogging and enjoy visiting your blog. My question is...do you have any photography tips? Who is your favorite inspiration for photography? Do you visit any photographer's blog or website daily? Ok, guess that was more than one! lol

OK since I know so much about you I wasn't planning on asking a question especially since you're busy with projects...BUT as I was flipping through my Feb CK I noticed your LO of Haley & came up with a question after all....
When you outline your LO's do you use a ruler to make it straight & then go back & "rough" it up or do you freehand the whole thing? (your lines are so straight!!) Does that make sense??? LOL!!

Hmmm...I know so much but I'm sure I can come up with a few...
What are you going to do to celebrate your big b-day this year ;)?
Can you share with us how you organize your photo files?
What's the most daring thing you've ever done?
i'll have to come back with more later...
