Looks delish!! PS I did the Pizza pasta it's in our rotation for sure!! (I've actually made it twice!)
Funny you mention carrots and mushrooms....I have never been much of a vegie person I like a potato and corn and mushrooms with my steak...but seriously...Carrots are AMAZING in the IP!!! I actually bought a bunch of veg to try in the pot because we were eating carrots and baby potatoes all the time LOL so I got some baby french beans (and I am not a bean lover) LOVED them!! TFS!! totally enjoying your what we ate posts.
