Okay looks SO Yummy! both recipes! TFS
If you Chill your bowl and Whisk for about 15 or so minutes that helps get your whipping cream to whip up...also keep the whipping cream in the fridge until your ready to go...cold everything is the way to go! :)

Way to go on the self control now you need to teach that to me LOL. Although Ron bought a chocolate cake from Costco for Easter dessert and I didn't have any at all :) but as you know chocolate is not a big deal for me LOL.
Glad everyone loved it and I will have to try those recipes out for my family.
